On iPhone: if a video opens and plays instead of saving, tap the share icon and choose Save to Files, or long-press the video and tap Save Video.
Recommended: build it in Edits like usual, but add the sound from Instagram’s audio library inside Edits (not an imported MP3) so it stays the tappable native sound. That native audio link is the real reach lever. The baked-in text costs you nothing, so put your search keywords in the Instagram caption + hashtags. After posting, glance at the bottom of the reel: if it shows the tappable song name you are good; if it says “Original audio,” re-add the sound on the Instagram reel screen.
This is what a virtual showing with me looks like. Distance shouldn't keep you from seeing the home.

This is what a virtual showing with me looks like. Today it was a coach home in Lakewood National, for a family who is still up north. If you're planning a move to Lakewood Ranch and you can't be here for every showing, you don't have to be. I'll walk the home for you, live, on video. You'll see the kitchen, the closets, the lanai, the view, and anything you ask me to look at twice. You ask the questions, I open the doors. I moved my own family of six down from Minnesota, so I know what it's like to make big decisions from far away. This is one way I make it easier. Comment GUIDE and I'll send you my Family Guide to Lakewood Ranch, the one I wish we'd had when we moved. It's also linked in my bio. Ready to start looking? Send me a message and tell me your timeline.

FALLEN ANGEL · JENNIE
Cut to the beat at 136 BPM (one cut per bar). In Edits, add this sound from Instagram’s audio library (not an imported file, so it stays the tappable native sound), then slide it so “a strong beat (the preview uses the drop about 45 seconds in)” starts on the very first frame. Don’t change the video speed.
